Send Rescheduling Reminders to Booking CM for Non-attended appointment

Attendance Status shows whether the client has attended the booked appointment. 

For non-attended appointments, If you want to send rescheduling reminders to the case manager (CM), 

  1. Click on Attendance Status.

  2. Tick the Did not attend (DNA) round box

  3. Tick the Booking CM square box.


Remember to click Save to ensure the information is properly saved.
