Customise Search Results (Table Columns)

OVERVIEW

All Reporting Service database search results display data that captures important information relating to the case. The displayed data is customisable per user so that users can easily identify cases by information that is relevant to their tasks and role for the provider.



CUSTOMISE SEARCH RESULTS (TABLE COLUMNS)

On the Search Results table, click the three dots on the same row as the column names (top-left). This shows a list of displayable columns. Displayable Columns differ between Reporting Services. 


The following ways you can organize the Results table are:

  • Show/Hide Columns: tick/untick checkboxes
  • Rearrange Columns: click and drag the row icons (three lines). 
    • The first row represents the column to be displayed furthest to the left
  • Return to Default Columns
