OVERVIEW
This article covers how to organise and download a list of cases (from Reporting Services).
Export Search Results
Prerequisite: You must need at least one filter applied in order to export search results. (i.e. you can't export all cases at once)
- Go to your corresponding Reporting Services module.
- Apply a filter to the database search.
- Text in the search bar counts as a filter
- Click Filters to collapse the view of all available filters
- Select Search (blue magnifying glass) to load the new search results.
- Select Export Search Results.
Note: Exports are batched and downloaded into separate excels per 500 results. A warning is displayed per export to check if you'd like to continue exporting the rest of your search results.
