Export a List of Reporting Service Cases

OVERVIEW

This article covers how to organise and download a list of cases (from Reporting Services).



Export Search Results

Prerequisite: You must need at least one filter applied in order to export search results. (i.e. you can't export all cases at once)


  1. Go to your corresponding Reporting Services module.
  2. Apply a filter to the database search.
    • Text in the search bar counts as a filter
    • Click Filters to collapse the view of all available filters
  3. Select Search (blue magnifying glass) to load the new search results.
  4. Select Export Search Results.


Note: Exports are batched and downloaded into separate excels per 500 results. A warning is displayed per export to check if you'd like to continue exporting the rest of your search results.
