OVERVIEW
All Reporting Service databases have filters available to display and/or export targeted search results. This article covers database filters available for the File Reviews (FR) service.
DIRECTORY
The following filters are available for File Review searches.
Filter Name | Searches For | Filter Type |
Request Dates | Cases based on when they were created | Date Range |
Next Task PIC | Cases where the selected staff is responsible for completing the next task of the workflow | List (Staff) |
Next Task Overdue | Cases containing a Case Status that has not been actioned within a considerable amount of time | List |
Next Task | Cases with an upcoming task to completed (based on the current Case Status) | List |
Case Status | Cases based on how far the tasks have been completed and progressed | List |
Action PIC | Cases where the selected staff is responsible for completing an active Action Note | List (Staff) |
Action Due Dates | Cases where an active Action Note is required to be completed within a given date | Date Range |
Prepayment from Booking Company | Cases that require payments to be made by the Booking Company prior to the release of the report/records | List |
Prepayment to Service Provider | Cases that require payments to be paid to the Provider prior to the release of the report/records | List |
Permission Staff | Cases where the selected staff has special accessibility permissions granted | List |
