OVERVIEW
This article covers all the contents and features in USER ACCOUNTS -> Clients.
This database stores all records of Clients that are involved in a Kawaconn service.
The database can be customised and filtered to help find your desired Client(s) easier.
CONTENTS
DATABASE & SORTING
When first opened, the database loads all active Clients and is sorted by their Creation Date as default.
Columns obtained from Client fields are used to distinguish between profiles.
The database is sortable with selected columns.

SEARCH & FILTERS
Search Bar
Enter text in the Search Bar and click Search (magnifying glass) to only show results where the entered text can be found in the following columns:
- Full Name
- Home Phone
- Mobile Phone
Filters
Open and use the following Filters to narrow your database results.
Filters | Purpose |
---|---|
Client | To directly find your desired Client |
Booking Company | To find Clients that were booked by a specified Company |
Status | To find Clients that are Active or Inactive |
State | To find Clients by location |
Clear/Reset Filters
Use the Red “X” button to remove all filters used and revert back to the default database.
INSERT/REMOVE/REARRANGE DATABASE COLUMNS
To organise table columns in User Accounts, select the three dots at the top-left of the table.
- Tick an item to add the column to the table
- Untick an item to remove the column from the table
- Drag and drop an item to rearrange the ordering of the table columns (top of the list = left-most column)
- Select Default Columns to revert back to Kawaconn’s default columns and order
