User Accounts - Specialists Database

OVERVIEW

This article covers all the contents and features in USER ACCOUNTS -> Specialists.


This database stores all records of Specialists that are involved in a Kawaconn service.


The database can be customised and filtered to help find your desired Specialists easier.



CONTENTS


DATABASE & SORTING

When first opened, the database loads all active Specialists and is sorted by their Creation Date as default.


Columns obtained from Specialist fields are used to distinguish between profiles.


The database is sortable with selected columns.

  • Qualification options can be edited in APP SETTINGS → Value List

  • Accreditation options can be edited in APP SETTINGS → Value List

Business Email

Provider Type

No

  • Determines the Specialist’s report-writing preferences

Login Status

No

  • Determines whether a user has a Specialist login to your platform

Suburb

No

 

Account Status

No

  • If an account is Inactive, a user can’t find or add the Specialist into sessions and bookings

Created At

Yes (default)

  • Date of when the User Account was created

Created By

No

  • Staff user that created the Company



SEARCH & FILTERS

Enter text in the Search Bar and click Search (magnifying glass) to only show database results where the entered text can be found in the following columns:

  • Full Name
  • Specialties
  • Provider Number
  • Business Email
  • Suburb


Filters

Open and use the following Filters to narrow your database results.

Specialist

To directly find your desired Specialist

Account Status

To find Specialists based on activeness

  • When first opening the database, results only shows Active Clients

Recruitment Status

To find Specialists based on their recruitment progress

Recruitment PIC

To find a Staff’s list of Specialists to recruit/onboard

Action PIC

To find a Staff’s list of Action Notes to action/complete

Provider for Company Type

To find Specialists based on their report-writing preferences

Action Due Dates

To find Specialists that have impending Action Notes to action/complete

  • Usually paired with the Action PIC filter

 


Clear/Reset Filters

Use the Red “X” button to remove all filters used and revert back to the default database.


 

INSERT/REMOVE/REARRANGE DATABASE COLUMNS

To organise table columns in User Accounts, select the three dots at the top-left of the table.

  • Tick an item to add the column to the table
  • Untick an item to remove the column from the table
  • Drag and drop an item to rearrange the ordering of the table columns (top of the list = left-most column)
  • Select Default Columns to revert back to Kawaconn’s default columns and order
