OVERVIEW

This article covers the contents and purposes of a subsection of General Information in the Specialist User Account.


Additional Contact Info records alternative communications required by the Specialist to perform services in Kawaconn.

If the Specialist prefers communications to be directed to their Secretary or Practice Manager, fields are available to provide their contact details.

Contacts for Receiving Booking Information

This checkbox automates which email(s) in the Specialist profile Kawaconn sends to, in regards to Appointment Inquiries and Confirmations.


This checkbox is mandatory. At least one recipient email must be ticked to Save the User Account.


Multiple recipients can be selected so that the same email is sent to both emails simultaneously.


Affected Mail Templates:

  • TEMPLATE_123 - Appointment Inquiry
  • TEMPLATE_40 - Appointment Confirmation



Contacts for Receiving Reports

This checkbox automates which email(s) in the Specialist profile Kawaconn sends to, in regards to Reports.


This checkbox is mandatory. At least one recipient email must be ticked to Save the User Account.


Multiple recipients can be selected so that the same email is sent to both emails simultaneously.


Affected Mail Templates:

  1. TEMPLATE_121 - Notice - Dictations Received by the Provider
  2. TEMPLATE_101 - Inform Specialist the Draft Report is Ready for Review
  3. TEMPLATE_122 - Notice - Specialist has Reviewed and Finalised the Report
  4. TEMPLATE_59 - Notice - Final Report Completion (and sent to the Requesting Company)



Promotion/mass email

This checkbox informs providers if the specialist is happy to receive promotional emails.


Whilst Kawaconn has built-in features to facilitate mass email send outs, Kawaconn does not have any built-in promotional emails to send to users. This field is only relevant if the provider intends to send self-created promotional materials to their clients/partners (to help grow their business).


Multiple recipients can be selected so that the same email can be sent to both emails simultaneously.
