This article covers the contents stored in the General Information section of a Company USER ACCOUNT.


General Information keeps a record of basic data that helps provide easier management of services and business relationships in Kawaconn.
 


FIELDS - GENERAL INFORMATION

Mandatory fields must be entered in order to Save the User Account.

Enter/Edit the following fields, where required.

  • Specific case manager emails should be added to their corresponding Case Manager account

  • Only captures the company’s general contact phone number
  • Specific case manager phone numbers should be added to their corresponding Case Manager account

  • Australian Business Number

PMS/CMS

  • PMS - Practice Management Software
  • CMS - Clinical Management Software

  • State is Mandatory
     

Mailing Address

  • Mandatory
  • If a Business Type is unavailable, use Other and enter the Other Business Type

Business Type


 

Primary/Secondary Segment

  • In-depth categorisation of Business Types
  • Both can have their values edited in Values List

Allow Searching for Specialist Types

  • Restricts Case Managers to only view and request Specialists based on their report preferences
    • P - Plaintiffs
    • D - Defendants/Insurers
    • P&D - Plaintiffs & Defendants/Insurers
  • If none are ticked, Case Managers can see all Specialists
