Accounting & Booking Information can be broken up into 3 sub-sections, containing the following information:
- Company emails to redirect standard communications between a provider and the Company within Kawaconn services.
- Company-wide subscription preferences
- Staff assigned to manage business relationships and support
CONTENTS
ACCOUNT & BOOKING INFORMATION
As standard, when a service is created, the Case Manager added to a service is the main recipient of automated email communications sent from Kawaconn.
This sub-section contains a list of emails that changes the desired recipient email (from a Case Manager's email to a company-wide email).
