OVERVIEW

All Reporting Service databases contain text search to only display results based on key field from a case. This article covers the available fields/data that all Reporting Services can use in their database text search.

TEXT SEARCH FIELDS (REPORTING SERVICES)

The following fields from the services above are available for text search in all Reporting Services.

• Client Name
  
• Claim Number
• Booking Company
  • Name
  • Email (Office/Accounting)
• Booking Case Manager
  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone (Mobile/Office)
• Assessing Specialist/MR Provider
  • Name
  • Email (Personal/Office/Accounting)
  • Phone (Mobile/Office)
• Type of Claim
• Type of Report

Notes

• Text search is spelling-sensitive
  
  • Results do not show if an extra space is accidentally added to the data field you are searching for
  • e.g. "John Smith" will not be found if the Client's profile is spelt "John  Smith"
• Text search is not case-sensitive
