OVERVIEW

This article covers the contents stored in the Booking History section of a Company USER ACCOUNT.


Booking History keeps a historical record of all bookings requested by the Company (by identifying services where the Company's Case Managers are listed as the Booking Case Manager.



FIND A CASE (SEARCH FILTERS)

Booking History is organised by REPORTING SERVICES. When first opened, a list of IME Assessments (ordered chronologically by Request Date) are displayed.


The following actions can be performed:


Search Bar

Enter text into the Search Bar to only show cases where the text can be found in the following fields/columns:

  • Case No
  • Assessing Specialist
  • Client (Full Name)


Switch Tables (by Reporting Service)

Booking History results only show results for ONE Reporting Service at a time. As default, IME Assessment bookings are displayed first. Use the dropdown list to show a list of other bookings.


Sort By Request Date

You can only sort the table of results by column Request Date. As default, Booking History results are displayed from Oldest → Newest. Select column Request Date to reverse the order.
