User Accounts - Case Managers Database

OVERVIEW

This article covers all the contents and features in USER ACCOUNTS -> Case Managers.


This database stores all records of Case Managers that are involved in a Kawaconn service.


The database can be customised and filtered to help find your desired Case Managers easier.



CONTENTS


DATABASE & SORTING

When first opened, the database loads all active Case Managers and is sorted by their Creation Date as default.


Columns obtained from Case Manager fields are used to distinguish between profiles.


The database is sortable with selected columns.

  • Click on the green text to access the Company profile

Mobile Phone

Login Status

  • Determines whether a user has a Case Manager login for your platform

State

BSO

No

  • BSO - Business Support Officer: Staff user assigned to manage business relationships and support

Account Status

Yes

  • Inactive accounts can't be added to a case

Recruitment Status

Yes

  • Statuses that help identify business relationships with the Case Manager

Created At

Yes (default)

  • Date of when the User Account was created

Created By

No

  • Staff user that created the Case Manager

Main Contact

Yes

  • Identifies if the Case Manager is the best point of contact for a Company to address updates and communications

 

 

SEARCH & FILTERS

Enter text in the Search Bar and click Search (magnifying glass) to only show database results where the entered text can be found in the following columns:

  • Full Name
  • Company (Name)
  • Office Phone
  • Mobile Phone
  • Email


Filters

Open and use the following Filters to narrow your database results.

Booking Company

To find all Case Managers working for the same Company

Account Status

To find Case Managers that are Active or Inactive

Recruitment Status

To find Case Managers based on their business relationships

Business Support Officer

To find a Staff’s list of Case Managers that they manage for support and queries

Action PIC

To find a Staff’s list of Action Notes to action/complete

Action Due Dates

To find Case Managers that have impending Action Notes to action/complete

  • Usually paired with the Action PIC filter

To Verify

To show all Case Managers that require confirmation of their provided details (name & contact information)

Country & State

To find Case Managers by location

Subscribed Promo

To find Case Managers that allow you to send promotional material/emails

Main Contact

To find the best Case Manager (of a Company) to address updates and communications


Clear/Reset Filters

Use the Red “X” button to remove all filters used and revert back to the default database.


 

INSERT/REMOVE/REARRANGE DATABASE COLUMNS

To organise table columns in User Accounts, select the three dots at the top-left of the table.

  • Tick an item to add the column to the table
  • Untick an item to remove the column from the table
  • Drag and drop an item to rearrange the ordering of the table columns (top of the list = left-most column)
  • Select Default Columns to revert back to Kawaconn’s default columns and order
