OVERVIEW

This article covers contents related to managing logins for Case Managers on the provider's Kawaconn platform.

CONTENTS

CASE MANAGER LOGIN FEATURES

Kawaconn offers unique logins to the provider's platform, with limited accessibilities, depending on the type of user.

Case Manager login features include:

  • Allowing Case Managers to create/request bookings with the provider directly on the platform/without the need of contacting the provider via phone or email
  • Managing current bookings and follow-up tasks that they’re responsible for within the service
    • confirming a desired booking request
    • uploading paperwork for the Specialist
  • Downloading reports
  • Reviewing historical bookings

SETUP A LOGIN FOR A CASE MANAGER

  1. Open a Case Manager profile (USER ACCOUNTS → Case Managers).
  2. Select tab Login Information.
  3. Tick Enable Login.
  4. Click Save.

Once saved, An account will be created for the Case Manager and an activation email is sent to the user (TEMPLATE_27).

Note: You can tick Offer Online Account to send an initial email to ask the recipient Case Manager if they’re interested to be given a login to your Kawaconn platform.

RESET THE PASSWORD FOR A CASE MANAGER'S LOGIN

There are two locations where the provider can reset the password for a Case Manager's login account.

Case Manager's User Account

  1. Open the Case Manager's profile (USER ACCOUNTS → Case Managers).
  2. Go to tab Login Information and tick Reset Password.

USER ACCOUNTS → Login Users (only available for Staff Administrators)

  1. Open USER ACCOUNTS → Login Users.
  2. Find the Case Manager's (Active) login.
    • Use the Search Bar and/or Filters to quickly locate the desired login account.
  3. Clink on the account's corresponding three dots (furthest-left of the table) and select Reset Password.

Once ticked, a automated Kawaconn email is sent to the user (Mail Template: RESET_PASSWORD).
