OVERVIEW

This article covers the contents stored in the General Information section of a Case Manager USER ACCOUNT.


General Information records basic profile data that helps provide easier management of services and business relationships in Kawaconn.

FIELDS - GENERAL INFORMATION

Mandatory fields must be entered in order to Save the User Account.

Enter/Edit the following fields, where required.

  • Mandatory
  • Every Case Manager must be attached to a Company
Title

First Name/Last Name

  • Mandatory

Email

  • Mandatory* (if a Case Manager login is provided)

Phone/Mobile


Business Unit

  • Business Units are created in the Company User Account
  • Business Units allow users to have access to their colleague’s bookings in their own login

(Job) Position

  • Dropdown list options can be edited in APP SETTINGS → Value List → Job Title

Suburb/Postcode/State


LinkedIn


Referral Source


Business Support Officer/

BSO Assigned Date

  • Staff user assigned to manage business relationships and support with the Case Manager

Created By

  • Staff user who created the User Account

 


VERIFICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS


Contact Detail Verified

Ticking this checkbox marks the Case Manager as “Verified”. A “Verified” Case Manager represents that you’ve confirmed the Case Manager’s contact details provided are correct and should be used for booking confirmations and communications.


Subscribed to Promotions

Ticking this checkbox informs you that the Case Manager is happy to receive marketing-related emails that help promote your business.

 

 

RECRUITMENT STATUS

The following statuses help categorise Case Managers on the platform based on business relationships:
 

Recruitment Status

Definition

Recruiting 

Initial approach/having intentions to work with the Case Manager.

Onboarding

Communications have been established with the Case Manager but they have not requested bookings as of yet.

Onboarded

The Case Manager is requesting bookings with your provider.

Non-Booking Contact

The Case Manager is Active but is not involved with requesting bookings. (e.g. Accountants, Admin)
