REPORT TEMPLATE AND SAMPLE
This subsection is used to store documents relevant to a specific Type of Report.
Purposes of Storing a Report Template
Storing the Report Template provides Staff a identifiable location to download and reuse a template that is commonly used to help write the desired report.
Purposes of Storing a Report Sample
Storing the Report Sample allows Case Managers to download the file from their logins (when using Appointment Search) and help make a judgement on whether if the Specialist is suitable to request for a service.
How to Add a Template and/or Sample
- Select the Type of Report.
- Dropdown values are derived from APP SETTINGS
- Attach the Specialist's Report Template and/or Sample, where required.
- Click Save Template & Sample.
- A new line item is generated below
