OVERVIEW
This article covers how providers can keep a record of the progress towards recruiting new Specialists to their panel on Kawaconn.
Each Specialist User Account (Recruitment & Login → Recruitment Information) has the capability to store statuses that help providers understand the amount of progress that has been made towards establishing a contract between parties.

GLOSSARY - RECRUITMENT STATUSES
Term/Status | Definition |
---|---|
Recruiting | Specialists that you have not approached but are considering to work with |
Onboarding | Specialists that have made steady progress towards signing a contract |
Onboarded | Specialists that have signed a contract and are actively providing services for the provider |
Not Currently Interested (NCI) | Specialists that are working for you but are unable to provide services for a considerable timeframe. Whilst NCI, Specialists can’t be booked by both Staff and Case Managers during the set NCI period. |
UPDATE A SPECIALIST'S RECRUITMENT STATUS
- From the sidebar, go to USER ACCOUNTS → Specialists.
- Search and open your selected Specialist by clicking their name (blue text).
- On the list of (horizontal) Specialist tabs, select Recruitment & Login.
- Go to Recruitment Information and update the Recruitment Status.
- Note: In order to save a Specialist as Onboarded, the Specialist must have at least 1 Service Centre added to their account, in tab Assigned Medical Centres.
- Note: Each Recruitment Status has an info bubble to remind you of the differences between each status. Hover over “i” for definitions.
- Save the Specialist User Account.
