This article covers contents related to managing logins for Specialists on the provider's Kawaconn platform.

SPECIALIST LOGIN FEATURES

Kawaconn offers unique logins to the provider's platform, with limited accessibilities, depending on the type of user.


Specialist login features include:

  • Allowing Specialists to add their own availabilities/sessions to the Clinic Calendar (that law firms and insurers can book for a service)
  • Downloading documentation from the service
    • Paperwork/Letters of Instruction/Briefs
    • Draft Reports
  • Managing current bookings and follow-up tasks that they’re responsible for within the service
    • updating appointment attendances
    • uploading dictations for the provider to transcribe
    • upload the final report
  • Revisit historical bookings



SETUP A LOGIN FOR A SPECIALIST

  1. Open the Specialist's profile (USER ACCOUNTS → Specialists).
  2. Select tab Recruitment & Login.
  3. Go to subsection Login Information. Tick Enable Login.
    • Username is set to the specialist's Business Email
    • (Optional) Further below, in subsection Recruitment Information, tick In-house Specialist to convert the Specialist's login to have the same levels of permissions as a Staff user. (useful for businesses that manage specialists within the same practice)
  4. Click Save.


Once saved, An account will be created for the Specialist and an activation email is sent to the user (TEMPLATE_26).


Note: When converting a Specialist to (Recruitment Status) Onboarded, a pop-up asks if you want to also provide a login.



RESET THE PASSWORD FOR A SPECIALIST'S LOGIN

There are two locations where the provider can reset the password for a Specialist's login account.


Specialist's User Account

  1. Open the Specialist's profile (USER ACCOUNTS → Specialists).
  2. Select tab Recruitment & Login.
  3. Go to subsection Login Information. Tick Reset Password.


USER ACCOUNTS → Login Users (only available for Staff Administrators)

  1. Go to USER ACCOUNTS → Login Users.
  2. Find the Specialist's (Active) login.
    • Use the Search Bar and/or Filters to quickly locate the desired login account.
  3. Clink on the account's corresponding three dots (furthest-left of the table) and select Reset Password.


Once ticked, a automated Kawaconn email is sent to the user (Mail Template: RESET_PASSWORD).
