OVERVIEW
This article shows users how to create new Specialists USER ACCOUNTS and the recommended fields to add upon creation.
Specialists can only be created in USER ACCOUNTS -> Specialists.
By containing Specialists as USER ACCOUNTS:
- Specialist availabilities and bookings can be stored in a dedicated calendar
- Users (with logins) can use criteria from a Specialist’s profile to help determine the most suitable Specialist(s) to book for a service
- Users can analyse the Specialist’s history of bookings and service trends
- Medicolegal Providers can organise financial terms and conditions for the Specialist’s services
CONTENTS
CREATE A COMPANY FROM USER ACCOUNTS (SINGULAR)
- Go to the sidebar menu and select USER ACCOUNTS → Specialists.
- Click Add New.
- A new Create Specialist window opens. Enter specialist information, where required.
- Once all mandatory fields have been entered, at the bottom of the tab, select Save.
NOTABLE FIELDS TO CONSIDER FOR A NEW SPECIALIST
Whilst not mandatory, please note the following fields whilst creating a new Specialist.
