OVERVIEW

This article covers the contents stored in the General Information section of a Client USER ACCOUNT.


General Information records basic profile data that helps provide easier management of services in Kawaconn.
 


FIELDS - GENERAL INFORMATION

Mandatory fields must be entered in order to Save the User Account.

Enter/Edit the following fields, where required.

From Booking Company

  • Mandatory
  • Adding the Booking Company restricts the Client profile to be only viewable by Case Managers (with logins) from the selected Company

  • Dates are written in the format “dd Mmm yyyy” e.g. 20 Apr 1975

Account Reference Number


 

Mobile/Phone

  • Tick Receive appointment information via mobile if the Client is to receive automated SMS reminders of the upcoming appointment
    • TEMPLATE_08 for in-person appointments
    • TEMPLATE_08B for telehealth appointments
    • TEMPLATE_CONSENT_REMINDER to sign the consent form for telehealth appointments

 

NOTE: Only available if integrations with Twilio are established

Email

  • Tick Receive appointment information via email if the Client wants to receive automated email reminders of the upcoming appointment
    • TEMPLATE_08 for in-person appointments
    • TEMPLATE_08B for telehealth appointments (via video)
    • TEMPLATE_08B_PHONE for telehealth appointments (via phone)
    • TEMPLATE_CONSENT_REMINDER to sign the consent form for telehealth appointments

Address

  • Recommended to add if the appointment location is taking place at the client’s home address

Notes/Comments


 

Guardian

  • Tick Requires Guardian to direct communications for the Client to the Guardian
