Note: Only Staff Administrators are able to edit Value List items.
- Please contact staff with an Admin account to request changes to this list.
This article covers how users make changes to a customisable list available in Kawaconn, Job Title.
LOCATION
- APP SETTINGS → Value List → Open Filters → Module: Case Managers → Value List: Job Title
PURPOSE
- Helps Staff identify roles and responsibilities of Case Managers added onto the platform
AFFECTED AREAS IN KAWACONN
- USER ACCOUNTS - Case Managers
PAGE VIEW
- Location of Value List settings
- Create a new Job Title
- Column: Name - values that'll appear on the dropdown list
- Column: Active - if ticked, the value is Active and visible in your dropdown list
ADD A NEW JOB TITLE
- From the sidebar, go to APP SETTINGS → Value List.
- Open Filters and select Module: Case Managers and Value List: Job Title
- Select Add Job Title.
- Add value details, as required.
- Click Save.
