Note: Only Staff Administrators are able to edit Value List items.
- Please contact staff with an Admin account to request changes to this list.
This article covers how users make changes to a customisable list available in Kawaconn, Greeting Title.
LOCATION
- APP SETTINGS → Value List → Open Filters → Module: User Accounts (All) → Value List: Greeting Title
PURPOSE
- Provide formal titles to address User Account profiles
AFFECTED AREAS IN KAWACONN
- USER ACCOUNTS (that involve a person)
- Clients
- Case Managers
- Contractors
- Specialists
- Staff
- System Mail Templates - where you want email contents to contain a Greeting Title
PAGE VIEW
- Location of Value List settings
- Create a new Greeting Title
- Column: Name - values that'll appear on the dropdown list
- Column: Module Type - informs which User Accounts the value will be shown
- Column: Active - if ticked, the value is Active and visible in your dropdown list
UPDATE GREETING TITLES (per User Account Type)
Greeting Titles can be organised to only be displayed for selected User Account types.
- e.g. you can assign title “Dr” to only appear for Specialists
- From the sidebar, go to APP SETTINGS → Value List.
- Open Filters and select Module: User Accounts (All) and Value List: Greeting Title
- Note: Greeting Title is the first list that appears on the Value List page
- Click on an existing Greeting Title to edit, under column Name (blue text).
- Edit value details, where needed.
- For field Type, select the User Account(s) that you'd like the Greeting Title to appear in
- Click Save.
