Note: Only Staff Administrators are able to edit Value List items.

• Please contact staff with an Admin account to request changes to this list.

This article covers how users make changes to a customisable list available in Kawaconn, Primary Segment.

LOCATION

• APP SETTINGS → Value List → Open Filters → Module: Companies → Value List: Primary Segment

PURPOSE

• Organise Companies based on their business expertise

PAGE VIEW

1. Location of Value List settings
2. Create a new Relationship Activity Result
3. Column: Name - values that'll appear on the dropdown list
4. Column: Active - if ticked, the value is Active and visible in your dropdown list

ADD A NEW PRIMARY SEGMENT

1. From the sidebar, go to APP SETTINGS → Value List.
   • Open Filters and select Module: Companies and Value List: Primary Segment
2. Select Add Primary Segment.
3. Add value details, as required.
4. Click Save.
