• Please contact staff with an Admin account to request changes to this list.

This article covers how users make changes to a customisable list available in Kawaconn, Relationship Activity.

LOCATION

• APP SETTINGS → Value List → Open Filters → Module: User Accounts (All) → Value List: Relationship Activity

PURPOSE

• Organise results from communications with users, that'll help identify their ongoing relationship with your business

PAGE VIEW

1. Location of Value List settings
2. Create a new Relationship Activity Result
3. Column: Name - values that'll appear on the dropdown list
4. Column: Active - if ticked, the value is Active and visible in your dropdown list

ADD A NEW RELATIONSHIP ACTIVITY RESULT

1. From the sidebar, go to APP SETTINGS → Value List.
   • Open Filters and select Module: User Accounts (All) and Value List: Relationship Activity
2. Select Add Relationship Activity.
3. Add value details, as required.
4. Click Save.
