- Please contact staff with an Admin account to request changes to this list.
This article covers how users make changes to a customisable list available in Kawaconn, Relationship Activity.
LOCATION
- APP SETTINGS → Value List → Open Filters → Module: User Accounts (All) → Value List: Relationship Activity
PURPOSE
- Organise results from communications with users, that'll help identify their ongoing relationship with your business
AFFECTED AREAS IN KAWACONN
- USER ACCOUNTS
- Case Managers
- Specialists
PAGE VIEW
- Location of Value List settings
- Create a new Relationship Activity Result
- Column: Name - values that'll appear on the dropdown list
- Column: Active - if ticked, the value is Active and visible in your dropdown list
ADD A NEW RELATIONSHIP ACTIVITY RESULT
- From the sidebar, go to APP SETTINGS → Value List.
- Open Filters and select Module: User Accounts (All) and Value List: Relationship Activity
- Select Add Relationship Activity.
- Add value details, as required.
- Click Save.
