This article covers how users can find a list of cases created on the current date (per Reporting Service).

Show Today's Bookings (Dashboard)

A breakdown of bookings created today can be found on the Dashboard.

Notes:

• For IME services, numbers are broken down by "Confirmed Appointment" cases (left) and "Unconfirmed Appointment" cases (right)
• To get the most accurate numbers, use the Refresh button to update
• Links are clickable to open the corresponding Reporting Service's list of Today's Bookings

Show Today's Bookings (Reporting Services)

Each Reporting Service contains a Show Today's Bookings button that automatically applies filters to display a list of cases created today (Request Date = today).

Note: Request Dates are editable within a case. If the Request Date is changed to a previous date for recording purposes, the case does not count or appear in Show Today's Bookings.
