User Accounts - Service Centres Database

OVERVIEW

This article covers all the contents and features in USER ACCOUNTS -> Service Centres.


This database stores all records of Service Centres that are involved in a Kawaconn service.


The database can be customised and filtered to help find your desired Service Centres easier.



CONTENTS



DATABASE & SORTING

When first opened, the database loads all active Service Centres and is sorted by their Creation Date as default.


Columns obtained from Service Centre fields are used to distinguish between profiles.


The database is sortable with selected columns.

  • Useful to categorise when billing services, to identify when additional chargeable services affect the split of the invoice between the provider and the specialist
  • MLP Owned Clinic - The medicolegal provider may reduce the specialist’s split to accommodate for room rental costs
  • Specialist-Assigned Clinic - The medicolegal provider doesn’t need to reduce the specialist’s split as they’re using their own rooms

Account Status

No

  • If an account is Inactive, a user can’t find or add the Centre into an active case or the calendar

Created At

Yes (default)

  • Date of when the User Account was created

Created By

No

  • Staff user that created the Service Centre

 

 

SEARCH & FILTERS

Enter text in the Search Bar and click Search (magnifying glass) to only show database results where the entered text can be found in the Clinic Name.


Filters

Open and use the following Filters to narrow your database results.

To directly find your desired Service Centre

To find Service Centres that are still in use

Action PIC

To find a Staff’s list of Action Notes to action/complete

State

To find Service Centres by location

Action Due Dates

To find Service Centres that have impending Action Notes to action/complete

  • Usually paired with the Action PIC filter

Clinic Type

To find Centres based on the user(s) who manage the centre


Clear/Reset Filters

Use the Red “X” button to remove all filters used and revert back to the default database.


 

INSERT/REMOVE/REARRANGE DATABASE COLUMNS

To organise table columns in User Accounts, select the three dots at the top-left of the table.

  • Tick an item to add the column to the table
  • Untick an item to remove the column from the table
  • Drag and drop an item to rearrange the ordering of the table columns (top of the list = left-most column)
  • Select Default Columns to revert back to Kawaconn’s default columns and order
