OVERVIEW
All Reporting Service databases have filters available to display and/or export targeted search results. This article covers database filters available for the IME Assessments (IM) service.

The following filters are available for IME Assessment searches.

Appointment Dates | Cases containing a scheduled appointment date | Date Range |
Preferred Appointment Date | Cases containing time ranges that a Case Manager is looking to book an appointment within | Date Range |
Surrogate Assessment | Cases that require an arrangement of a surrogate for the appointment | List |
Next Task PIC | Cases where the selected staff is responsible for completing the next task of the workflow | List (Staff) |
Next Task Overdue | Cases containing a Case Status that has not been actioned within a considerable amount of time | List |
Next Task | Cases with an upcoming task to completed (based on the current Case Status) | List |
Case Status | Cases based on how far the tasks have been completed and progressed | List |
Action PIC | Cases where the selected staff is responsible for completing an active Action Note | List (Staff) |
Action Due Dates | Cases where an active Action Note is required to be completed within a given date | Date Range |
Type of Claim | Cases containing a value within the specified category

Prepayment from Booking Company | Cases that require payments to be made by the Booking Company prior to the release of the report/records | List |

Permission Staff | Cases where the selected staff has special accessibility permissions granted | List |
Appointment Type | Cases based on if the appointment is to be attended in-person or via telehealth (video) | List |
Client Appointment Reminder | Cases that have been setup to notify clients of their upcoming appointment | List |
Client Consent Received | Cases that have acknowledged that a consent form has been read and signed by the client for the scheduled appointment | List |
Client Consent Received Date | Cases based on when staff have received the consent form from the client | Date Range |
Dictation Sent to Typist | Cases based on whether the corresponding Case Status has been completed | List |
Typist Submitted Draft | Cases based on whether the corresponding Case Status has been completed | List |
Report Draft Received | Cases based on whether the corresponding Case Status has been completed | List |
