Some specialists will require prepayment for the report before releasing it, you can make billing and invoicing notes for the prepayment in this section as follows:
Tick on Provider Prepayment Required.
Note: The Approved Prepayment checkbox will be disabled by default. If the specialist is approved for prepayment (on their profile), this checkbox will be synced accordingly.
Input the required payment date under To be paid by.
Attach the specialist’s invoice under Attached Provider-Issued Invoice.
Tick on Send Provider Invoice (to MLP) if you wish to send the invoice to staff (particularly the accounting staff so that they can pay the specialist accordingly).
Once the specialist confirms receipt of the prepayment, tick on Provider Prepayment Paid, and input the received date under Payment Date.
Attach the prepayment receipt under Attached Payment Receipt.
If you wish to provide the specialist with the prepayment receipt, tick on Send Payment Receipt.
