Edit an Existing Company/Case Manager/Solicitor in a Case

  1. Hover over the corresponding user’s Add/Edit and select Edit “User Account”.

  2. Update fields (as required).

Tip: In a User Account, click View changes to view all changes made to any related details.

  1. Click Save. The user account’s page closes and goes back to the case.
