OVERVIEW

All Reporting Service cases contain section Client Details which captures relevant case information about the assessed Client and the requested service.


This article covers all potential fields stored in section Client Details.

*Type of Claim & Type of Report are editable dropdown lists. Admin Staff users can make changes to these lists by going to App Settings -> Value List -> set filter Module to Reporting Services.


**Specialty (and Sub-Specialty) is an editable dropdown list. Admin Staff users can make changes to these lists by going to App Settings -> Value List -> set filter Module to Specialists.
