Create a Supplementary Report Booking (from an Existing Service)

OVERVIEW

This article covers how users can create a Supplementary Report case that is connected to an existing Kawaconn service (IME or File Review).


Note: This article is recommended if you have an existing case stored in Kawaconn as the Supplementary Report case created with this method automatically copies all fields from Client Details into the new case



CREATE A SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT CASE (FROM AN EXISTING SERVICE)

  1. Find your existing Reporting Service in IME Assessments or File Reviews.
  2. For your corresponding case, click the three dots and select Request Supp Report.
    • This opens a new assessment creation page and automatically copies Client Details, Original Report and Booking Company & CM details from the Original case
  3. Check and fill in all required information for the new Supplementary Report case and select Create to save.
    • As default, once the Supplementary Report case is created, a confirmation email is sent to the Booking Case Manager (TEMPLATE_85A). If required, you can untick the checkbox in section Booking Confirmation & Paperwork Status
    • Once created, the new case is added to the Supplementary Reports database and given a new and unique Kawaconn Case ID
