Duplicate the Booking

This function allows you to duplicate an existing Medical Records Retrieval case.

When duplicated, the following information is copied from the original case:

  • Client Details

  • Booking Company

  • Booking Case Manager

Note: Duplicating the booking creates a NEW Case Number. Duplicating is only recommended if you want the case to use a new Case Number e.g. re-booking a cancelled case.

Duplicate a Medical Records Retrieval Case

  1. Go to Reporting Services (All Services) > Medical Records Retrieval (MR).

  2. Find and click your case’s corresponding three dots.

  3. Select Duplicate This Booking. A warning window will ask if you want to proceed. Click Yes, and a new Medical Records Retrieval case will be created for you with the same Client Details and Booking Company Information as the original.
