Update Cancellation Status

Modified on Mon, 2 Oct, 2023 at 11:48 PM

This section identifies whether the case has been closed prior to the completion of the service.

Apply the Cancellation Status when required:

  • None (default): when the case is ongoing/completed the service.

  • Cancelled-No Fee: when the case is cancelled and doesn’t require the paying company to pay a fee (e.g. cancelling prior to sending the paperwork to the medical records provider).

  • Cancelled-With Fee: when the case is cancelled and requires the paying company to pay a fee (generally, payment is required once the paperwork is sent to the medical records provider).

Tip: If a Cancellation option is ticked, it is recommended to leave a brief comment in the Comments section so other staff can get a detailed reasoning of the cancellation and provide additional steps to follow-up. Notes added in Comments are only viewable by the tenant’s staff.
