Update Cancellation Status With Fee/ Without Fee

Modified on Wed, 13 Sep, 2023 at 10:29 PM

Apply the Cancellation Status when required:

  • None (default): when the case is ongoing/completed the service.
  • Cancelled - No Fee: when the case is cancelled and doesn’t require the paying company to pay a fee
  • Cancelled with Fee: when the case is cancelled and requires the paying company to pay a fee

Note: identify your tenant’s cancellation policy and/or your specialist’s Booking and Cancellation Terms to determine which cancellation status to update.

Tip: If a Cancellation option is ticked, it is recommended to leave a brief comment in the Comments section so other staff can get a detailed reasoning of the cancellation and provide additional steps to follow-up. Notes added in Comments are only viewable by the tenant’s staff.
