Put Request(s) On Hold

This function is helpful when the case is requested to be put on hold by the CM. The reason can be that they need to obtain further instructions from their superior.

Note: This function is only applicable when no request has been sent to the MR provider. If it has been, the case must be handled accordingly to the MLP’s policy, possibly leading to a cancellation instead of an on-hold request.

  1. Select the PIC, the staff/person in charge of this case.

  2. Tick the On-Hold tickbox. This stops all auto-reminders from being sent to all parties.

  3. Write the reason in the Comments section to inform other staff of this request.

  4. Click Save.
