Send/ Resend Appointment Confirmation

Under Send Appointment Confirmed Booking, you have the option to send and resend the booking confirmation to the following parties:

  • Staff PIC (selected by default)

  • Interpreter

  • Client/Examinee

  • Booking CM (selected by default)

  • Booking Solicitor

  • Specialist (selected by default, if the specialist is subscribed to receiving appointment notifications)

Note: Under Include CM Booking Notes in Appointment Confirmation, by ticking on Specialist, you will include the Case manager’s booking notes in the booking confirmation email that is sent to the specialist. 

Tip: CM Booking Notes can be found in Case Notes, which is located at the very top of an IME page. 

Include a Consent Form in the Appointment Confirmation Email

Under Include Consent Form in Appointment Confirmation, you can select Client/Examinee and/or Booking CM, once selected a booking confirmation email will be sent to the recipient(s) with the consent form attached.
