If an appointment is requested and not yet confirmed, under Send Appointment Inquiry, you can send/resend the appointment inquiry to:
Staff PIC: notify the staff that a case manager has requested an appointment.
Booking CM: notify the case manager that they have requested an appointment.
Specialist: notify the specialist that someone has made an appointment request for them.
Include a Consent Form in the Appointment Confirmation Email
Under Include Consent Form in Appointment Confirmation, you can select Client/Examinee and/or Booking CM, once selected a booking confirmation email will be sent to the recipient(s) with the consent form attached.
