PIC 1: the main person-in-charge who looks after this case
PIC 1 is set to staff that created the case as default; can change where required.
Request Date: when the inquiry for medical records is received
Request Date is set to the case creation date as default; can change where required;
Client: the individual that the retrieved medical records refer to.
Reference/Claim No
Type of Claim: categorization of the claim
Requested MR: the amount of medical records you want to retrieve
Requested MR Range: the time period of the medical records you want to retrieve
Report Funded by IRO/ILARS: proof of approved IRO Funding
