OVERVIEW

This article covers the contents of a section in the Service Centre User Account - General Information.

General Information records basic profile data that helps provide easier management of services in Kawaconn.

LoA	Letter of Authority
MR	Medical Records (Clinical Records)

Mandatory fields must be entered in order to Save the User Account.

Enter/Edit the following fields, where required.

Centre Status	Active/Inactive Editable using the Enable/Disable button

Clinic Type	MLP Owned Clinic - location managed by the medicolegal provider Specialist-Owned Clinic - location managed by the specialist or owned by a medical practice
Services Provided	Checklist options can be edited in APP SETTINGS → Value List → Centre Service Type
Clinic LoA Template for MR Bookings	Kawaconn automatically generates a LoA file for Medical Records Retrieval cases This attachment box can contain a Service Centre's own LoA they require the Requesting Company to sign
Show Clinic LoA in MR Bookings	Tick the checkbox if you want the attached LoA template above to replace the automated Kawaconn LoA template
