Upload and Send Paperwork to Specialist

This section stores documents that the specialist needs to read prior to the appointment. An email can be sent with attachments of the paperwork on the platform. Case Managers can request urgent report completion requirements, in agreeance with the specialist and report completion expectations. 

To upload and send paperwork to specialist, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Paperwork Status

  2. Upload LOI and additional documents in there.

Note: the Paperwork Notes are automatically synced from the Specialist’s detail board. It shows whether or not the specialist has special requirements that the CM must assure accordingly.

  1. Tick Specialist under Send Paperwork, and the system will send paperwork to the Specialist (via email).

  2. If the CM needs the report done urgently, proceed to Update Urgent Report Completion Deadline before saving.

  3. Click Save to save the progress.
