OVERVIEW
In a Company User Account, the Business Units tab contains a list of specialised groups that enable Case Managers (from the Company) with logins to view and manage each other’s cases.
As a standard rule, Case Managers with a login to the provider's platform are only able to view and access cases where they are the Booking Case Manager.
For managerial purposes, Business Units allow selected Case Managers to have access and keep track of all cases created from within their team.
