Profile, Consulting Locations and Booking Terms records general details that help users understand the services that the Specialist can provide and if there are special conditions that need to be considered before requesting/booking.

FIELDS - PROFILE, CONSULTING LOCATIONS AND BOOKING TERMS

Enter/Edit the following fields, where required.

Field Name	Notes
Brief Profile	Field is visible to Staff, Case Managers and Specialists with logins The Brief Profile profile should be written to provide Case Managers and Staff background information that'll help determine if they're a suitable Specialist to book/request
Consulting Locations
Accepted Report Types
Booking and Cancellation Terms	Terms are copied into cases and confirmation emails whenever the Specialist is requested for a service
Paperwork Notes	Notes are copied into the Paperwork section of cases whenever the Specialist is requested for a service
Confidential Insights	Only visible for Staff and Admin users
